Vision
Toastmasters International empowers people to achieve their full potential and realize their dreams. Through our member clubs, people throughout the world can improve their communication and leadership skills, and find the courage to change.
Values
Toastmasters International’s core values are integrity, dedication to excellence, service to the member, and respect for the individual. These are values worthy of a great organization, and we believe we should incorporate them as anchor points in every decision we make. Our core values provide us with a means of not only guiding but also evaluating our operations, our planning, and our vision for the future.
Goals
As Munich Business Speakers we have a clear set of goals:
- Develop and support each member individually

To ensure these goals, we follow the slogan: What gets measured, gets done. The Distinguished Club Program offers a wonderful guideline to do so. Through the Club Success Plan we constantly work on a variety of aspects determining where we want to go. Our past, present and future is clear:

History

Falk Dieing initiated this club because he wanted also a young club to experience advanced projects – those are often speeches which extend over the usual 5-7 minutes of a basic manual speech.
Additionally english speeches are welcome and we want to increase our debate skills – this means that every now and then (or if wanted more often) we run a debate instead of the table topics section.
Falk Dieing as initiator motivated a bunch of experienced Toastmasters who built the club together with him (in the photo from left to right): Ellen Hermens, Monica Wäber, Bruno Müller, vonne Schneider, Christine Weissbarth, Falk Dieing.
Those six were also ready to serve in the first officer board. The club grew quickly due to combined enthusiasm from February 1st, 2007 up to 20 members (May 28th, 2007) which is chartert strength and the minimum for chartering a club.
Since the club´s charter the club enjoys great popularity – especially the topics “business” and “debates” attract many guests.
